Introduction:
The College has constituted the Grievance Redressal Committee. The following instructions are framed to redress the grievances and complaints of the students. Students are encouraged to use suggestion box or they may approach the members of the cell to lodge their grievances and suggestions if any. The constituted committee will empower the students to discuss their problems without any hesitance and creates healthy communication between college authority and students.
Objectives:
1.To maintain cordial relationships among students and student teacher.
2. To set-up efficient and responsive mechanism to address the students grievances in order to have pleasant and harmonious educational atmosphere
in the college campus.
3. Encouraging the students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
4. To make staff members of the college approachable, answerable and polite in dealing with the students.
5. To inform students to respect the dignity of fellow students and demonstrate maximum restraint and tolerance whenever any occasion of rift arises.
6. To provide effective solution to the student's grievances with an unprejudiced and non-discriminatory approach.
7. Directing all personnel to be open-minded to the students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
Functions of Committee:
1. The role of the committee is to look into the grievances lodged by any student, and judge its merits.
2. Complaints will be considered promptly and committee will act upon those complaints which have been registered with the appropriate documents.
3. Students with a genuine grievance can approach to the committee in person, or in consultation with the class in-charge.
4. In case the student is reluctant to approach personally, he/she may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/suggestion box of the Grievance Cell at
Administrative Block.
5. Grievance committee will give report to the authority about the cases attended to and the number of pending cases, if any, which requires intervention
of higher authority.
6. Committee will make sure that the grievance has been correctly addressed in a specified time limit provided by the committee
